Working in basic research often means not yet being fully clear on the intended application of the produced results by our customers. It’s an aspect of our work we cannot change. But: Since we are committed to acknowledged ethical standards, we will deny any research order that is clearly not dedicated to the improvement of human health. These high standards are strongly supported with the help of our internal ethics committee.
Costumers and Patients
Excellent work and satisfied customers are the basis of our existence and our success. Only by meeting the needs of customers are we able to grow and to reach our goals.
The customer problems of today are the foundation of the innovative products of tomorrow. We are always willing to be flexible, to re-evaluate established solutions and to improve our processes.
An individual patient is, in our view, as valued a customer as any big enterprise. During clinical trials, we depend on the cooperation of individuals. These individuals will always be comfortable while on our premises, and we always give them honest information about our goals and the background of the study being conducted.
It is often necessary to obtain a person’s private data. We use that data only for the purpose agreed upon, and keep it strictly confidential.
